The weather has finally changed for the better here in France, the temperatures have risen all the way to the low thirties so its time to get out the sun cream. 

The Road Lake at Gigantica welcomed a group of four guys from the West Country this week, and within 2 days everybody had moved into different swims. 

Steve Martin started this week in Tea Party 1, but as Turtles Corner was available and there were so many fish showing he couldn’t resist the move.  Then on Thursday, with the fish showing back in Tea Party 1, he moved back into Tea Party 1. Steve was teaming up the ever-faithful Korda IQ D rigs with PVA bags casting towards showing fish.  He landed two fish from Turtles corner including a very nice 30lb mirror and on the Friday night back in Tea Party 1 he landed the always impressive mirror known as The Hammer at a weight of 44lb. 

Lance Mitchell started the week in Brambles but after seeing fish in Bachillers on Monday he moved straight in that evening. He was fishing to the left hand margin using a bait spoon through the gaps in the bushes Lance was baiting up with 1kg of boilie per day towards the beech tree. Tying up Blow Back rigs with white slow sinking corn, he landed a 22lb fish on Tuesday morning. 

Tom Hall was in Dunkerque this week, he was fishing straight out in front at 14 wraps over a mixture of boilie and pellet. Tom used snowman hook baits on Blow Back rigs to land six fish including a 24lb common and a stunning 35lb mirror. 

Lewis Betty bivvied up in Tea Party 2 this week, He was fishing towards the over hanging tree and the left of the island baiting up with 5kg of boilie spread over both areas. Lewis was using snowman and single hookbaits to land 11 fish including four thirties, mirrors of 32lb, 33lb and a 36lb mirror aswell as a 36lb common.
